Suncoast Seniors Recreational Kayaking Club Inc.
SSRKC is a seniors recreational kayaking club based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Our aim is to promote social kayaking activities.
Our main activity is recreational touring paddling and we do not take part in competitive events. We paddle mostly on lakes, rivers, flat water passages, and dams. The Club has developed a strong social side which can include picnic lunches and camping trips.
Our members paddle at a variety of locations within a one hour drive of Maroochydore. There is a club camp each quarter at paddling locations like Baffle Creek, Burrum Heads, Brunswick Heads, Yamba and Tin Can Bay.
Club membership is open to anyone aged over 50 years who is interested in recreational paddling. Applicants must have their own kayak and equipment.

Tasmania Club Camp -February 2012.
A fortunate few were able to make the journey down to Tassie in February, to savour the delights on offer.
A fantastic time was had as the group ranged from Bruny Island, in the South, across the Tasman Peninsular and finally up to Freycinet.
A special mention for the club members who worked hard to make this event a success …. THANK YOU!
